| 职位描述： |
1.Market analysis base on investigation benchmark study
- Provide competitive market information on China automotive market analysis from city level investigation benchmark practices to Network Development Manager.
- Continued analysis in other typical brs’ network development evaluate to make necessary adjustment to BDNT’s dealer strategy.
2.Dealer Network Strategy Planning
- Network project management timeline control in order to keep all work packages within the timeline.
- Review proposals for general dealer concept distribution strategy that is suitable for the overall company strategy br positioning.
- Lead in project network roadmap planning
3.Dealer Applicants Financial Analysis
- Review applicants financial statements report the results risk analysis
- Provide internal recommendations to ND ion team in financial aspect
4.F/S calculation
- Input data collection from sales, aftersales, marketing, network development, finance for the retail feasibility calculation to ensure reasonable return from investor point of view
- Update review feasibility parameters on a regular basis to keep it up-to-date

| 任职要求： |
Education: Bachelor degree with business management focus on finance
Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in the field
Experience in China market, preferably with experience from Big 4.
Specific knowledge/skills:
English fluent
Dealer Network knowledge in China
Dealer profitability calculation financial analysis skills
Intercultural competency |
